Will I succeed with this work?

Hello to all,

I’ve been working a lot the last weeks, specially on a new project.
I work freelanced and got a contract for creating a new installation for a museum. The team of curators I work with is only women, I like them, it’s a friendly, constructive atmosphere in our meetings.
There a colleague involved, the only man in the team, we work together on this topic and I like how we cooperate.
Just recently he became concerned the chief curator woman would like me much more than him -which is not true as far as I can see.
But as a result of this he started to push a bit and to present his ideas without asking me first, means to me it looks as if I had to start competing with him.
I don’t like to do that and usually it anyway ruins the creative process.
Pressure is not productive in this field. I start thinking of pulling back myself from the whole project. It’s anyway a but unstructured and chaotic and costs a lot of effort.
On the other hand it’s an interesting museum, very prominent, and I wonder if I will go on with it all and be successful with my work.
Again, I like my co-artist, he’s so far a person with good intentions I guess, but he seemed stressed by a lack of confirmation or attention by our boss’ side…

Could you help me to understand the chart?

I see myself as Venus in domicile – in the 6th house, maybe showing my concerns?
Moon shortly before changing signs, nit to the better.
But applying aspects between moon/Saturn (10th house ruler)

Mars in Cancer, Moon in Capricorn Compatibility

Parent-child dynamics will play out in this union. Mars in Cancer will take on the role of the bratty/needy/loving child, while Moon in Capricorn will be the authoritative heart of the relationship. For every moody action that Cancer takes, Capricorn will respond with controlled reassurance. Attraction is high with these opposite signs, as each provides what the other is looking for.

Mars in Cancer will charge in with his efforts to protect and nourish, but he requires just as much as he gives. While he may seem like the perfect blend of passionate lover and guardian, he also has a fair amount of child in the mix. His ideal partner will be receptive to his nurturing; understanding of his quick temper; and more stable than he is. Mars in Cancer’s actions can fluctuate from ultra-giving to cold withdrawal if he suspects that he’s being ignored or unappreciated.

Moon in Capricorn needs to be the boss in her relationship. No matter how dominant her lover may be on the outside, when it’s just the two of them, she’ll call the shots. Moon in Capricorn will bring control, reliability and independence to the partnership. Her lover can count on her to do whatever it takes to preserve the union, even as she does her own thing (she doesn’t actually need anyone). Her Shadow side can emerge when independence is distorted into cold indifference, and control becomes emotional repression.

Mars in Cancer’s enthusiastic attempts to look after Capricorn will bemuse, annoy and captivate her. He’ll be drawn to — and frustrated by — her self-contained vibe. But if anyone stands a chance at melting her reserve, it’s Cancer. Moon in Capricorn will quickly take control of the relationship, although (on the surface) more volatile Mars in Cancer will appear to dominate. She’ll react coolly to his temper, and while he may rail against her rules, she’ll be the reliable partner he’s always craved. He’ll take care of the cooking and cuddles, while she handles the practical issues.Together, they’ll create a family unit, with or without children.
