I’ve been reading more on aspects for horary but haven’t been able to come by anything that’s spoken about this but what does it mean if you’ve casted a chart for an event and the aspect between the two significators is perfected at the time the chart was casted? Since there’s no degrees separating them, how could that be seen for timing?
