The Four Signs Most Resistant to Marriage

Credit: eminavn via iStockphoto

Marriage is not exclusive to a few signs. All signs have the potential to make a traditional commitment, but some are less inclined than others. For a few signs, the idea of promising themselves to one person for the rest of their lives is not appealing. In general, they shrink from the perfect storm of tradition, fidelity, limits and compromise. Of course, the rest of the natal chart always tells the full story. A person with their Sun in one the signs below may have a packed 7th House with Saturn aspects all over the place, encouraging them to settle down.

Aries

When a relationship becomes routine, Aries gets bored. When he gets bored, he’ll shake things up. Courage comes naturally to Aries, and it’s essential for him to have an ongoing challenge. But this brave sign has one major fear, and that’s predictability. He’s great at initiating, but after awhile, he looks around for something new to start. With the right partner, Aries can have a vibrant, passionate union that challenges him, but the idea of “settling down” is not natural to him. Even the phrase sounds completely opposite from what he stands for. Also, as the first sign of the zodiac, Aries is instinctively focused on self. Balancing his needs with a partner does not come easily.

Worst-Case Marriage Fear: yawn-inducing routines and comfort

Taurus

You might think this sign is all about tying the knot. She does love her predictable routines, but she is massively stubborn and selective. She’s not resistant to the rules of marriage as much as the concept of sharing with another person. She doesn’t hook up with just anyone, and if she does select a partner, she’ll be very cautious about allowing them into her personal space. The things she surrounds herself with are sacred. Plus, she’s self-sufficient. She loves to love, but the idea of disrupting her habits by living with another person is foreign. Similar to Aries, she is self-focused, but her focus is on continuing what’s always worked for her. Marriage involves change. It’s easy for her to become the eternal bachelorette who preserves her way of life.

Worst-Case Marriage Fear: a partner who shakes up her routine and moves her stuff around

Sagittarius

Marriage may not be totally out of the question, but it’s probably not on his top five. He wants to keep exploring and expanding; there are always new experiences to check out. After a while, marriage is no longer a new experience. In fact, the whole tradition thing is unappealing. He can be as faithful as the next sign, but an institution with rules about how to love rubs him the wrong way. And, for all his optimism and good humor, Sag can be insensitive. With his eyes focused on the bigger issue, he overlooks the fine points of what might offend his partner. He dreads being stuck in a situation where he doesn’t have the freedom to do and say what he wants. Mind you, if he meets an open-minded partner who wants to be his travelling companion, marriage might work.

Worst-Case Marriage Fear: no room to move and endless chastisement from an easily-offended partner

Aquarius

The traditional aspect of marriage is probably not as big of a turnoff as you think. Most Aquarians are not out-and-out rebels, and have no problems functioning within society’s rules. But her mix of independence, introversion and stubbornness makes marriage a difficult prospect. She needs major amounts of alone time and she has her own very set way of doing things. Plus, at her core, she simply doesn’t need a partner. She may fall in love, but she’d be perfectly to happy to have a long-term relationship that consisted of each person living in their own home. And, she sees no need for a legal document that makes it official. What does that piece of paper mean, anyway? As far as Aquarius is concerned, if she loves someone, she loves them. She’ll be faithful, and that should be enough.

Worst-Case Marriage Fear: dealing with a needy partner who gets upset when affection is not traditionally expressed. And, always having someone right there.

When can I start my next film?

I’ve made one short film which received a good response. I’m now planning a second film. My main career needs time. So the start of my second short film has gotten delayed a bit. Can you tell me when I will be able to start it?

As I see it, the first lord Venus is in 5th house, which is the house of creative projects. So, this chart reflects the question, especially since Venus also rules films. The Moon is angular but close to the Sun, decreasing in light. This doesn’t seem positive. If I consider the semi-sextile aspect, Moon is SS Venus. I would only do this because Venus is so strong in Libra and dignified in 5th. Would you consider this? What would it mean?

Neptune is very close to the 11th cusp. Neptune shows a fertile imagination. So maybe this is positive. The fifth lord is Mercury in 5th house and retrograde. I would have seen this as negative but for the fact that Venus is in 5th in its own sign. Mercury is also 2nd lord and is in its own sign but in the last degrees and retrograde. So, a mixed bag. Venus, the lord of 5th is separating from both Mercury and Jupiter.

Thanks.

Can something in a natal chart make someone obsessive?

I tend to become really obsessed with people. Especially people who are the total opposite of what I am. Since we can be honest here and please don’t judge me I stalk some people on this forum but not like I want to know where you live or something, it’s more like ohhhh she or he seems real interesting I wonder when were they born or how old are they and what forums do they go on. I don’t know I just like to figure out how the human mind, emotions, and spirit work. Sorry if this is a little too much to handle.

Love Horoscope for the Week of August 29

weeklyloveThe week begins with Mercury conjunct Venus, followed shortly by Venus entering Libra (which is one of the two signs that Venus rules). As Mondays go, this is going to be one where diplomacy and communicating your needs will be easier than usual. In terms of love and romance, Venus in Libra may not be the miracle cure for all your complaints, but it is likely to make the circumstances you are working with at least a little better over the next few weeks. Venus in Virgo tried hard and did all her homework, but didn’t have the same knack for relationships that she does in Libra.

On Tuesday, Mercury turns retrograde and stays that way until September 21st/22nd. As per usual, this is my big opportunity to warn you all that Mercury retrograde is not as dreadful and fearful as you might have come to believe. On the other hand, it’s still a time when your communications and short trips and contractual agreements are more likely than usual to go astray, so — as always — be cautious with your proofreading, map reading, and deal making.

The big astrological news for the week is Thursday’s solar eclipse in Virgo. If you find eclipses a little scary, this one will provide more reasons than usual to panic, since it takes place at 9 degrees Virgo — closely opposite Neptune and square Saturn. If you have any major placements near 9 degrees of the mutable signs (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces) then yes, this eclipse could spell some trouble in the weeks ahead. On the other hand, you’ve already had Saturn and Neptune messing with that degree, so perhaps there’s no additional reason to fret over it. Mostly though: what this means is that Wednesday and Thursday are likely to be a little more tense than usual for all concerned. This too shall pass. On the bright side, I’ve always found that making affirmations on a New Moon tend to work better than usual, and this is a powerful New Moon for getting results.

Your dating situation for the weekend is generally favorable. Venus in Libra is part of that picture, but a couple of Very Special Things happen on Friday and Saturday that might kick your love life up a notch. In the late afternoon/early evening Friday, while the Moon is still in late Virgo, it conjuncts and occults Jupiter, which should bring an extra note of good cheer to your Friday. Finally: if you have a date late on Friday night and manage to make it stretch into the wee hours of Saturday morning, the Moon will be conjunct Venus in Libra. As astrological symbolism goes, it’s hard to imagine anything that is a stronger indication of good love and emotional well-being.

First Saturn return (4th house)

Hi!
I am going trought my 1st saturn return. I have my Saturn in Sagg in my 4th house. I’ve read many online articles about it and I couldn’t really find a good explanation of the Saturn in the 4th house. Most of the articles speak about difficult childhood or absent mother (which is not the case, however the mother of my mother was absent ).
When it comes to return, I guess I can expect changes in home environment – well I had to move 5 or 6 times since June 2015 and I am really longing for a nice, not shared home, but this is not possible at the moment.
Somebody else experienced the Saturn return in the 4th house? How was it?

Mars in Scorpio, Moon in Taurus Compatibility

Flickr photo by badjonni via Creative Commons license

Flickr photo by badjonni via Creative Commons license

These opposites will be drawn together by their willingness to make a total commitment. Mars in Scorpio’s slow but fearless actions will complement Moon in Taurus’ need for absolute security. And each will be strong enough to handle the other’s unbendable stubbornness.

Mars in Scorpio is only interested in a complete relationship. He wants absolute immersion in his partner’s life, and sex must involve profound intimacy. Mars in Scorpio will make it clear that he means business when approaching a prospective partner, and only the most sexually and emotionally fearless lovers will be able to handle him. But for the right partner, he will offer unquestionable loyalty and support.

Moon in Taurus needs a reliable partner. She will stand by her lover, no matter what. But in order to access her emotional strength, her partner must prove that he’s in it for the long haul. Moon in Taurus will create a set routine, and won’t deviate from it. She knows what she needs, but she’s also not able to function with her usual calm sensuality if she’s not feeling at peace.

Mars in Scorpio will be attracted to Taurus’ self-possession. He’ll sense her inner security and sexual vibe. But he’ll also be challenged to push past her limits. Moon in Taurus may resist, initially, but she’ll be won over by his determination. Eventually, she’ll see that he can offer her the strength and stability she needs for a rock-solid union. If Scorpio pushes too far, Taurus will have no problems telling him to back off. If Taurus refuses to budge on a crucial issue, Scorpio will gradually convince her that change can be a good thing. But he’ll never rush her. Together, they’ll create a partnership that emphasizes survival, security and complete commitment.

Midpoints – how to?

Hi guys,

I’m reading about midpoints, and I looked up the table with my midpoints on astro.com, and I’m really confused. I know this is advanced astrology, and I am not trying to interpret midpoints right now, just trying to grasp some basic understanding.

When I look under Midpoint structures and aspects, what I see is:

Sun < Venus/Jupiter 0°04

I guess, this means that the Venus/Jupiter midpoint equals my sun?

Then, there is also this:

Venus conjunct Venus/Jupiter 1°19

My Venus/Jupiter midpoint equals my Venus?

How do I read this? Looking online, there’s some information on midpoint calculation and interpretation, which is great. I would like to understand this table and how to look at it. There are many midpoints, which ones are actually important?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

How Each Zodiac Sign Approaches a First Date

A first date can be exciting or excruciating. It can leave you madly hoping that this new attraction goes further (much further) or that you never see the other person again. The signs view this crucial first step in different ways, and their varying approaches are a good indicator of how they approach romance in general. Read on for a glimpse of first dates for each of the twelve signs.

Aries

Aries is after something that gets his blood pumping. Whether he takes you dancing, climbing, or into the bedroom, most of the activities will probably be impulsive. And there must be an element of challenge. Meaning, he’s turned on by the chase, if you don’t make it too obvious that you’re going to have sex with him. Or, the climb he choose pushes both of you to your limits. Bonus points if he impresses you by rescuing a stranded climber.

There will be a second date if: he’s still hungry for you, but not starving. He craves risk, but is impatient for results.

Taurus

She’s still deciding if you’re suitable for her, but there’s nothing she loves more than quietly indulgent times with someone she’s attracted to. There will probably be excellent food and a relaxed, sensual vibe. But don’t get excited — it’s way too early for sex. What she really wants is to know if you’ll be compatible with her for the long haul. The evening will not be elaborate, but she’ll have it planned it out. And you’ll both be sticking to that plan.

There will be a second date if: you check the one or two boxes on her list. It’s a basic list, but it’s non-negotiable.

Gemini

He’ll get to know you via a rapidly shifting conversation that covers every subject imaginable. Are you as interesting as you first seemed to be? He’ll ask questions and won’t focus on the answers. But if the mental connection is there, he’ll be riveted. First date sex? He may not even know if it’s going to happen. If it does, don’t assume you’ve sealed the deal. He’s a collector of new experiences, and you may just be one more experience. Or, maybe you’re the puzzle he hasn’t figured out yet.

There will be a second date if: he still wants to talk to you.

Cancer

Be prepared to share your feelings. It will be a show of faith if you match her confessions with some of your own. She wants to know if she can feel safe when she tells you (shyly) how much she likes you and how you remind her of so-and-so from her childhood. While anxiously attempting to establish a bond, she’s closely monitoring you for any signs of distaste or mockery as she moves in for that hug (literal and metaphorical). First date sex depends on how emotionally intimate the two of you have become.

There will be a second date if: she’s let you in and it feels right.

Leo

This is the perfect time for Leo to make a dazzling first impression. She’ll feel a surge of pride when she sees the love and amazement in your eyes … because you’ve never met anyone as talented and smoking hot as Leo. She’ll pull out all the stops on her appearance and to show you a good time. Whatever the date consists of, you can bet it will involve something excessively fun, romantic and expensive. Despite her outrageous display of flirting, she’s unlikely to jump into bed with you. Leo is worth waiting for.

There will be a second date if: you treat her like royalty while proving that you know how to have a good time.

Virgo

Within the first five minutes, he’s identified sixteen different things about you that need to be improved. He can help you with that. He also suspects that you’ve noticed the thing he does/has/lacks and have decided it’s intolerable. All this will be spinning through his mind while he talks with you. He may listen more than he talks, encouraging you to open up with carefully targeted questions. He’s probably too nervous to even think about sex at this point.

There will be a second date if: you check all the boxes on his intricately detailed list. But if he really likes you and you miss a few boxes, that’s ok (he can help you reach his goals).

Libra

This is Libra’s finest moment: you’re both starry-eyed and blind to each other’s imperfections. He’ll spin his sugary romance with classic displays: flowers, your favorite restaurant, and whatever else he thinks will make you happy. Everything will be so perfect, you’ll think you’ve met your dream guy. Sex is a maybe yes/maybe no proposition. He gets caught up in the moment, but if he’s really into the courtly romance thing, he might be old-fashioned.

There will be a second date if: the first date ends on a gracious yet exciting note. He loves the tingle of more to come, as long as there’s nothing awkward or unpleasant.

Scorpio

This is Scorpio’s opportunity to peel back the first layer. He’s investigating you, while showing you a sliver of his dark self. How you react to his probing questions and creepy/seductive eye contact will tell him what he needs to know. He’s already done a background check on you, but he’ll ask you these questions anyway. If you lie, it’s game over. The atmosphere will reek of heavy, immolating sex, but it won’t actually happen until he knows you can be trusted.

There will be a second date if: you’re not afraid of him, and you’re wiling to go all the way (whatever way he chooses).

Sagittarius

Do you have to call it a date? All she wants is a happy, chill get-together. Her friends may be there. She’ll invite you along to the barbecue on the beach/out-of-bounds hike/house party. There’s a chance things could get crazy, because she doesn’t do moderation. At some point, she’ll probably make a joke that’s awkward or offensive. Despite her lack of restrictions, first date sex may not happen. If it feels somehow wrong or dishonest, she’s not interested (yet).

There will be a second date if: you’re up for anything, and can laugh about the outcome.

Capricorn

He’s scoping you out as a potential partner. Hence, your underlying suspicion that this is a job interview. The entire date will be planned out, and it will be very classy. If he seems a bit formal, it’s because he’s nervous. He wants to impress you with his first-date skills, but he’s afraid this might be a mistake. What if he lets you in and you destroy him? It will take awhile for him to let his guard down, and sex will be something that happens in the distant future.

There will be a second date if: you check all the boxes on his stringent list. Few make the cut.

Aquarius

The intellectual connection will be hugely important. The venue won’t be crazy, and the activity won’t be wild. She just wants to see if you’re the one who gets her needs for independence and introversion. This is best accomplished in a quiet place where the two of you can chat. If you bore her, she’ll still be friendly. But if she’s really into you, watch for an unnerving amount of eye contact. Sex is unlikely this early in the game.

There will be a second date if: she’s still curious about you, and she detects no traces of neediness or jealousy.

Pisces

If he had his way, he’d skip over the first date and just move in with you, since you’re obviously his soulmate. But he doesn’t want to scare you off, so get ready for some dreamy moments that include wine, music, and long conversations where you and he share absoltuely everything. It may be too early for sex, or it may be just the right time for sex. He’s sensitive (even a bit shy) but will go where the evening takes him.

There will be a second date if: nothing punctures his conviction that you and he were meant to be.

Love Horoscope for the Week of August 22

weeklyloveMonday sets a calm and logical tone for most of us. The Sun enters Virgo, and Virgo’s ruler Mercury is conjunct Jupiter. Add in the stabilizing influence of Moon in Taurus later in the day, and it looks like the week is off to an intelligent and rational start. That’s a good thing; hang on to it as tight as you can, because what’s happening the rest of the week is pretty maniacal.

The big astrological influences this week are Mars in Sagittarius conjunct Saturn (which is exact on Wednesday) and Mars square Neptune (which is exact on Friday). Mars is the planet that rules action and aggression and passion. Nothing can misdirect that energy more than a difficult aspect to either Saturn or Neptune. A Mars-Saturn aspect can represent either a blunting of force, or an outright misuse of it. The main point to remember here is: don’t be a jerk. Yes I know, other people are being jerks to you this week, but that’s no excuse. Just don’t, okay?

Mars square Neptune, on the other hand, can be downright delusional. Yes this aspect does have a certain sexiness going for it, but it’s not necessarily a useful sexiness. It may lead you to believe that your powers of seduction are at their maximum. In fact, it’s more likely to be the kind of sexiness that leads to an awkward morning-after, followed by a mysterious rash and a round of antibiotics. Think of it this way: if you know you may find yourself in a position where you might end up having sex with someone, make sure you have protection and cab fare and a decent excuse if things end up going terribly wrong. Mars square Neptune is glamorous. By the modern definition, glamour is “beauty, attractiveness, or appeal.” Just don’t forget that the word originally meant a “magical delusion,” as in “the wizard has cast glamour over the cave entrance so unsuspecting adventurers will be lured in and be eaten by a dragon.”

The major aspect the ruling over the weekend dating scene is Venus conjunct Jupiter. Normally I would be telling you that this is a lovely time for love, that it’s a great opportunity to get out and meet someone special, and if your love life needs a boost, then it’s more likely to happen. I’m not saying that these things can’t or won’t happen this weekend, but please — if you find yourself falling for a charming stranger this Saturday or Sunday? Print out a copy of this forecast and re-read the previous two paragraphs. Do it more than once. You may find yourself too enamored to think clearly otherwise.

Mars in Scorpio, Moon in Aries Compatibility

Flickr photo by badjonni via Creative Commons license

Flickr photo by badjonni via Creative Commons license

Both of these signs are intensely passionate, but in very different ways. Mars in Scorpio’s slow burn may be too heavy for willful Moon in Aries. Both fight to have their own way, no matter what. Will the resulting battle be too ferocious for either to handle?

Mars in Scorpio must have what he wants. His actions are obsessive, strategic and relentless. This heavy-hitter can be too much for some, because his sexual demands involve more than just hot sex. He also wants complete merging, honesty and control. Basically, Mars in Scorpio wants it all from his partner.

Moon in Aries needs the freedom to fight. Lest this sound too combative for a relationship, know that challenge and excitement are what make her feel alive. But she can explore these things in healthy ways, with a partner who doesn’t make things too easy for her, while giving her room to move. She is prone to flashes of raw anger, impulse and initiative. He should allow her to vent these emotions, because a restricted Moon in Aries becomes even more volatile and unhappy.

Mars in Scorpio will be attracted to the heat he senses within Moon in Aries. But as he moves in, she’ll immediately kick against his attempts to dominate. Scorpio’s efforts to get close will feel suffocating and threatening to Moon in Aries. Mutual anger could be the result. However, if other factors in their charts are strong enough to keep them together, these two could have one of the hottest and most volatile relationships. Aries’ unfiltered emotions and courage will turn Scorpio on, and meet his criteria for a partner who isn’t afraid to confront anything. And Scorpio’s intensity will certainly provide Aries with a challenge. The trick will be moderating their respective speeds and need for freedom versus control. Mars in Scorpio will need to release his grip on Aries, and Moon in Aries will have to make an effort to understand that Scorpio doesn’t do anything until he’s ready.

Four Reasons Why You Would Fall Hard For a Capricorn

Credit: vladans via iStockphoto

Credit: vladans via iStockphoto

If you want a partner who is smart, disciplined and in control, Capricorn is the one you’re looking for. Mr. or Ms. Saturn knows exactly what they want, and if that includes a relationship with you, he or she will make it their mission to achieve that goal. If you fall for a Capricorn, you’ve fallen for someone who takes love very seriously. This relationship is for adults only. Are you in?

1. Let’s Get Serious

Capricorn is ruled by the planet of commitment, so it makes sense that she knows how to commit. She’s not interested in quasi-relationships. She only wants the real deal, preferably a life-long union. Not only do you have someone who is prepared to offer her carved-in-stone dedication, she’s selective. Only a few meet her high standards — it takes her a long, long time to open up and trust. If you’ve got your eye on her, know that her love and loyalty are rare commodities that may or may not be offered to you. If she’s expressed an interest in you, consider yourself lucky to be selected.

Along with her loyalty comes integrity. If she says she’s going to do something, she’ll do it. That means no empty promises. She may not be full of flowery declarations, but she is someone you can depend on. It’s also important to her to approach her relationship as a responsible adult. She’s fully aware that a partnership involves work, and she’s prepared to do that work.

2. The Steep Path

Speaking of work, Capricorn just assumes that life is a hard climb to the top. Nothing worthwhile comes easily, and he’ll apply this work ethic to his relationship. This doesn’t mean he’ll make things harder (he wants to succeed). It does mean that he’ll treat each partnership issue, and the partnership in general, as an achievement to aim for. This guy has serious ambition — he wants to build a lasting relationship of exceptional quality. You and he won’t just be scraping by; you’ll be doing the absolute best that your joint circumstances allow.

Despite his sometimes dour approach to life, Capricorn has zero interest in playing the victim. He wants to advance, which means he will be the one driving the relationship. If you partner with him, you can rest assured that he’ll take care of business. You won’t have to support him, prop him up or coddle him. Capricorn is one of the more independent signs. He may love you, but part of him doesn’t really need you. He doesn’t need anyone. This can make him a bit guarded, but it also means that he won’t suck the life out of you with his demands for emotional sustenance. He’s there to look after you (although he won’t be coddling you, either).

3. The Surprising Sensualist

So far, Capricorn sounds a bit uptight. Her constant striving to maintain control can make her a somewhat severe partner. Unless she trusts you, that is. Then, you’re in for a treat. Capricorn is an Earth sign, which means a sensualist lurks beneath the armor. When she’s feeling loved and healthy, she can be surprisingly nurturing. Even playful. You know you’ve hit the trust jackpot when she opens up. Not just in the bedroom (although this will be a lovely surprise) but in her daily life with you. When she feels comfortable enough to finally let down her guard, you’ve been given access to a side of her that few people will ever see. And that’s because you’ve earned it, due to your trust, integrity, and dependability. Props to you, for being the exceptional partner that your Capricorn wants.

4. Capricorn/Saturn in Your Chart

Before you fall for Capricorn’s severe charms, there must be some indication in your chart that you’re attracted to *ahem* controlling individuals. If you have the following natal characteristics, you’re more likely to fall hard for a Capricorn:

  • Capricorn on the 7th House cusp, Saturn in the 7th House, 7th House ruler in hard aspect to Saturn: your ideal relationship, and the projected qualities you admire, involve someone else taking control. Maybe you’re looking for a parent/partner, or maybe you just want someone who has their shit together.
  • Venus or Mars in the 10th House, or in hard aspect to Saturn: you have some serious boundaries and ambitions. Love (Venus) and sex (Mars) are not easy for you. As a child, you were probably denied, pushed to achieve, or punished. So you want someone who knows a thing or two about hard work and deprivation.

Unaspected solar return Sun

I’m curious to hear about your experiences of unaspected solar return Sun, as I’m having this on my next returns and I’m not sure what to make of it: a year where your inner self is able to express in its purest (unadulterated) form? Or a year indicating a lack of stimulus?

Love Horoscope for the Week of August 15

weeklyloveAs always, the Love Horoscope starts with Monday, also known as “the least romantic day of the week.” Moon in Capricorn this Monday is trine Mercury, and sure… that’s great for communicating. But that aspect is sandwiched between a conjunction to Pluto and a square to Uranus, so be really careful about what you’re communicating and who you’re communicating it to. Overall though, ego issues may not be too bad this week, as Sun trine Uranus on Tuesday (but in effect for most of the week) will tend to make people feel good about themselves — in the right way, mostly.

This could be a powerful week to make some advances in your love life. Venus trine Pluto is in effect throughout, and the exact aspect is on Wednesday. Whether you need to overcome some self-doubts about your own appeal; you need to work up the nerve to express your affections to someone; or you simply need to take the velvet glove on an Iron Fist approach with someone, Venus lends some sweetness to Pluto, and Pluto is returning the favor by giving Venus a little more punch than usual.

If you are both a fan of astrology and enjoy needlessly panicking over things, good news! There is a Lunar Eclipse early Thursday morning. For the most part, a Lunar Eclipse doesn’t act like much more than an amplified Full Moon, but if you have any placements in your chart close to 25 degrees Leo or Aquarius, you might want to pay extra attention to it. Eclipses have a way of hovering in the background of a birth chart until another transit triggers them, and then all of a sudden all hell can break loose.

The weekend dating forecast is kind of a mixed bag and provides ample opportunities to both make or break your current situation, depending on your needs and how you work with the situation. Moon in Pisces is usually good for setting a soft and fuzzy mood that pairs well with love, and this Friday that Moon is both conjunct and occulting Neptune (think of it as a Super Sized conjunction) and is also sextile Pluto and opposite Venus. This all adds up to plenty of potential for seduction, and possibly some fence-mending where it’s needed.

If you prefer (or need) a little more bold action than that, the Moon will come to your rescue on Saturday. The Moon is opposite Jupiter early in the day and spends the evening building towards a trine with Mars. Under those circumstances, it’s unlikely your Saturday will stay dull if you make the effort to shake things up. However, if what your love life really needs isn’t “shaking up” so much as “blowing up,” Moon in Aries square Pluto will lend you all the dynamite you need. Use it wisely.

Six in the third place

A break happens beyond our control.
What can we do?
There is no one to help.
We remain strong
by not identifying with the event
of splitting apart.
