signs, constellations, the actual space they cover in the skies

hello.

as a rising aries will cut to the case. try this: download stellarium, disable ground, enable ecliptic grid from f4 menu, enable constellation lines.

you will see that virgo is huge while cancer is very small. but they both has 30 degrees when you look at a natal chart. how does that makes sense? taurus also huge, aries very small again.

if you remove virgo you can insert 3 cancers there and for some reason that just doesn’t matter? a star from virgo always in leo, because of this exact constant 30 degrees, well, who cares?

i know that the weakest of all stars in the sky can be the biggest in the universe, just so far away but that shouldn’t matter. throw an a-bomb to nagasaki, i won’t feel a thing here in europe but i will burn my hand with matches and it will hurt.

so i wondered, nobody thought about this? recalculated stuff, gave cancer a max 15 degree while virgo has total 45 degrees. is there something like this?
