There are no huge and terrifying (or obviously wonderful) major aspects happening this week, but there are two very important Sign changes that will affect the tone of your relationships over the course of the next month or so, and both of them happen on Tuesday.
First, Venus enters Aries. Since Pisces is the Sign where Venus is “exalted” and Venus in Aries is considered to be “debilitated,” you might think that this is bad news for your love life. Not at all. Venus in Pisces is a sweet girl, but she has a tendency to lay around and wait for the world to come to her. If you’ve gotten tired of just waiting for the love life you want to manifest itself, the bold and straightforward Love Nature of Venus in Aries is much more likely to be your style.
Whereas Venus is ready to saddle up and take it to town, Mercury entering Taurus makes for thoughtful deliberation and slow and careful communications. Slow and careful communication is a particularly useful thing now, especially when you consider that before the end of the month Mercury will be turning retrograde.
If Venus and Mercury are giving you a chance to reset your approach to life, so will the New Moon in Aries on Thursday. New Moons are always an excellent time to set your intentions, and this one is particularly powerful as it is conjunct Uranus and square Pluto. If the things you want to change about your life in the next month involve you being a little more bold and courageous, Thursday is the day to get started with it.
Void of Course Moons play a bigger than usual role this week. Got big plans and ambitions for yourself on Tuesday or Thursday? Well, feel free to give up on them and call in sick, because both those days are more or less entirely swallowed up by big long Voids. Even if you didn’t have anything new and special planned for those days, you’ll likely find that they drag along slower than usual.
With Venus in Aries, you may very well be all revved up to get some action on the weekend. As with so many other things in life though, timing is everything. The Moon in Taurus on Friday loves its sensual delights, and the Moon in Gemini on Sunday loves to start a conversation. But the Moon is Void of Course virtually all day Saturday. This means that any new ventures (like a first date) are not likely to turn out as well as planned if they happen on Saturday. Then again, Venus in Aries might be just fine with the idea of something brief and disposable, thank you very much…
