I wish to do Masters in Theoretical Computer Science, admission to which is through a very tough & competitive exam during the month of February 2017.
I have previously consulted astrologers who said I can’t do masters :crying: But I want to. I read that most birth times are at least off by 2-5 minutes that can cause changes, hence Horary is best fit. Kindly help me decide.
