I just came across this article about how the new head of Google’s Android division is ‘surprisingly likeable’ since according to Google employees, higher execs especially tend to be “a**holes”, but very efficient at work.
So I thought…dating!
I think this explains a lot. I’ve dated several of these high IQ, low EQ people this year. Very intelligent, successful. But they seemed devoid of self-awareness, oblivious as to the effects of their behaviour on other people and that it’s everyone else’s problem. Also, emotionally disabled it seems. Oh wow. Now I get it…!
