If a significator is combust, but moving away from the Sun, and is in an applying aspect to another significator, and will be out of combustion by the time the aspect between significators becomes exact, does combustion still impede a significator from taking action? Since by the time the aspect perfects, the significator will be out of combustion? Does this make sense?
